RYPEN stands for Rotary Youth Personal Enrichment and is a camp held twice a year in District 9800 that is run by Rotaractors with the support of Rotary as cooks/cleaners.
 
Participants are aged 14-16 and the weekend features activites designed to facilitate trust building, working in groups, self esteem building and content and process skills for young people.

The photos shown below are from the April 2003 camp, which feature North Balwyn members: Maria (a floater), Lisa (purple group) and Jo (the Camp Director).
